Abstract The history of the last 15 years has been marked by many events at European level, some which led to wave EU enlargement in 2013, with accession Croatia, others that authorities take radical action order overcome crisis 2007-2008, and recently pandemic 2020, first contraction Union since its establishment, together decision Great Britain no longer be part Union, a phenomenon known as Brexit.
